The Family Child Care System is an Organized Placement and Support System for the Care of Children 2 Months to 12 Years.

Children enrolled in the Cole-Harrington Family Child Care System receive subsidizes through our contract with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) to provide child care to children from low-income families and to at-risk children referred by local Department of Child & Family Services (DCF) area offices. Our FCC system also holds contracts with voucher management agencies administered by area based child care resource and referral agencies to provide subsidized child care to families receiving transitional assistance.

She leads a team of bachelor and master level early childhood educators with a variety of professional experiences working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children, with or without special needs.
